  1. Terms of return of products purchased online<\/strong>
    <\/strong>
    Within 14 calendar days, the consumer is entitled, if desired, without giving any reason or justification, to return the products purchased online to the company and to withdraw from the contract within this period.

    The return period is calculated:\u00a0 \u00a0\u2022 In the case of concluding a service contract \u2013 from the date of conclusion of the contract.\u2022 In the case of a purchase contract \u2013 from the moment the consumer or a third party designated by him (except the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
    \u00a0 \u00a0\u2022 In the case of a piecemeal order of goods by the consumer \u2013 from the moment the consumer or a third party designated by him (except the carrier) takes possession of the last item.
    \u00a0 \u00a0\u2022 In the case of a contract for the regular (defined periodic) delivery of goods \u2013 from the moment the consumer or a third party designated by him (except the carrier) takes possession of the item for the first time.

    To return the item, the consumer must fill out an application with the following data:
    \u00a0 \u00a0\u2022 Name of the merchant<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a0 \u00a0\u2022 Order receipt date
    1. \u00a0 \u00a0\u2022 Order receipt date<\/li><\/ol>\n

        2. \u2022 Date of filling out the form

          * The consumer must send the application to the following e-mail address: alneogeorgia@gmail.com<\/a>, P.zargarov@alneo.ge<\/a>;

          \u00a0 \u00a0\u2022\u00a0The trader is obliged to fully refund the amount to the consumer, no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the notification of withdrawal from the contract.
          \u00a0 \u00a0\u2022\u00a0The consumer is obliged to send the completed return form to \u201cAlneo Georgia LLC\u201d within the specified period and, after the company confirms the return form, immediately return the item, but no later than 7 calendar days.
          \u00a0 \u00a0\u2022\u00a0The item must be undamaged, must not Physical or external damage is noted
          \u00a0 \u00a0\u2022\u00a0The item can only be returned with a complete set and undamaged factory packaging material. Opening the box for the purpose of examining the item will not be considered damage to the box.
          \u00a0 \u00a0\u2022\u00a0The integrity and original condition of the item will be confirmed during the transfer process to the company.
          \u00a0 \u00a0\u2022\u00a0The customer will pay for the transportation costs to the point of return of the item.
          \u00a0 \u00a0\u2022 The amount paid by the customer will be fully reimbursed during the return process of the equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. \u2022 The customer will be reimbursed in the same form that was originally used during the payment and to the account number of the same person who made the payment transaction.

          * Attention customer!
