Is the delivery service free?

Which payment method can I use?

For legal entities, payment is made both by business card and by bank transfer, based on an invoice - for this, specify payment to the courier as the payment method.

Can I purchase items in installments or distribute the money in another way?

Yes, you can purchase the items you want both by cash distribution and online installments:

○ The amount can be distributed in parts through the Bank of Georgia, TBC Distribution, and Credo Bank.

○ Online installments of 3 banks are active: Bank of Georgia, TBC Bank and Credo.

Do you have all the items in stock?

The items listed on the site are in stock, however, if the item you selected is not in stock, we will help you select an alternative item or, at your request, refund your money as soon as possible.

Am I limited by the weight of my order?

One of the main benefits of Alneo Georgia LLC is unlimited weight. You can receive an order of any weight at your doorstep.

When will my things be delivered?

You will receive your order within 1-3 days in Tbilisi, and within 2-5 days in the regions.

If the item is listed as alneo.ge as the supplier and the delivery address is in Tbilisi, the order will be delivered to you on the same day.

In what cases can I return an item?

The purchased item can be returned and the money refunded if:

● The product does not match the one you ordered as an extra.

● You accidentally subscribed to another product

● Reconsider purchasing the product

● An item purchased as an extra was found to have a factory defect.

● The item was damaged during transportation.

● The item could not be delivered within the promised time frame.

Do items purchased on alneo have a warranty?
