Within 14 calendar days, the consumer is entitled, if desired, without giving any reason or justification, to return the products purchased online to the company and to withdraw from the contract within this period.
The return period is calculated: • In the case of concluding a service contract – from the date of conclusion of the contract.• In the case of a purchase contract – from the moment the consumer or a third party designated by him (except the carrier) takes possession of the goods. • In the case of a piecemeal order of goods by the consumer – from the moment the consumer or a third party designated by him (except the carrier) takes possession of the last item. • In the case of a contract for the regular (defined periodic) delivery of goods – from the moment the consumer or a third party designated by him (except the carrier) takes possession of the item for the first time.
To return the item, the consumer must fill out an application with the following data: • Name of the merchant
• Order date • Order receipt date
• Order receipt date
• User address
• User signature (if the form is filled out on paper)
• The trader is obliged to fully refund the amount to the consumer, no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the notification of withdrawal from the contract. • The consumer is obliged to send the completed return form to “Alneo Georgia LLC” within the specified period and, after the company confirms the return form, immediately return the item, but no later than 7 calendar days. • The item must be undamaged, must not Physical or external damage is noted • The item can only be returned with a complete set and undamaged factory packaging material. Opening the box for the purpose of examining the item will not be considered damage to the box. • The integrity and original condition of the item will be confirmed during the transfer process to the company. • The customer will pay for the transportation costs to the point of return of the item. • The amount paid by the customer will be fully reimbursed during the return process of the equipment.
• The customer will be reimbursed in the same form that was originally used during the payment and to the account number of the same person who made the payment transaction.
