Delivery terms and conditions

“Alneo Georgia LLC” The delivery team ensures the smooth delivery of products to the location specified by the customer. The customer can pick up the purchased products themselves or use the delivery service. “Alneo Georgia LLC” is responsible and obliged to deliver the goods to the customer no later than 5-7 working days from the conclusion of the contract.
“Alneo Georgia LLC” sells and delivers products throughout Georgia. The delivery fee is determined as follows: Shipping is free to the entrance in Tbilisi, its surroundings and Batumi.
Shipping is paid if delivery is made in the region, in this case the fee is determined by the volume of the item and the distance to be transported

Please note:
If, due to the dimensions of the equipment, it is impossible to move the item by elevator and bring it into the residence, the delivery team of “Alneo Georgia LLC” will, after your consent, deliver the item to you outdoors, in an unopened state. Otherwise, the order will be returned to the warehouse.
