Legal guarantee
The consumer's rights defined by the Law of Georgia "On Protection of Consumer Rights" are:
1. If the goods are found to be defective, the consumer has the right to demand that the trader eliminate the defect
(repair or replacement of the goods free of charge, price reduction) or withdraw from the contract.
2. Repair and replacement of goods are the primary rights of the consumer. The consumer has the right to demand from the trader
Repair or replacement of the goods free of charge, unless this is impossible due to the nature of the goods or requires disproportionate or disproportionately high costs.
3. The goods must be repaired or replaced within a reasonable time, without causing any disruption to the consumer.
Considering the nature and the purpose for which he acquired it.
4. Free repair or replacement of goods implies that the trader bears all costs (including postage, labor and material costs) necessary to ensure that the goods comply with the conditions stipulated in the contract.
5. The consumer has the right to demand a reduction in the price of the goods or to withdraw from the contract if one of the following conditions exists:
a) The goods cannot be repaired or replaced.
b) The trader has not repaired or replaced the goods within a reasonable time and the consumer has lost interest in the performance of the contract.
c) The trader's repair or replacement of the goods would cause the consumer significant inconvenience.
6. The consumer has the right, in the event of withdrawal from the contract, to claim compensation for non-performance of the contract.
Compensation for the damage caused, in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of Georgia.
7. The consumer does not have the right to refuse the contract if the defect in the goods is insignificant.
8. When determining whether the cost is disproportionate or inappropriately high, the following conditions must be taken into account:
a) the price of the goods or service, if it complies with the terms and conditions provided for in the contract.
b) the degree of non-compliance of the goods or service with the terms and conditions provided for in the contract.
c) an alternative possibility of eliminating the problem related to the defect in the goods, without causing inconvenience to the consumer.
The consumer has the right to exercise the above rights if the defect in the goods was discovered within 2 years from the date of delivery of the goods to him.
The burden of proof defined by the Law of Georgia “On Protection of Consumer Rights”:
If the consumer discovers a defect in the goods within 6 months of taking possession of the goods, it is presumed, until proven otherwise, that the defect existed at the time of delivery of the goods (unless this is evident from the nature of the goods or the nature of the defect).
(where possible), the burden of proof lies with the trader. If the consumer discovers a defect in the goods after 6 months from the date of receipt of the goods, the burden of proof that the defect existed at the time of delivery of the goods lies with the consumer.
The seller is obliged to repair or replace the damaged equipment if the part or item to be repaired is on site, within 15 working days from the moment of receiving the item at the service center, and if it is necessary to order the item/part to be repaired from abroad, within 30 working days from the moment of receiving the item at the service center (excluding weekends and official holidays).
*Legal warranty does not apply to entrepreneurs/legal entities
Warranty service does not apply/is void in the following cases:
• The warranty period has expired;
• No proof of purchase (receipt, bill of lading, etc.) is provided and, accordingly,
The goods cannot be identified;
• The serial number, IMEI code is not readable or is not stamped on the device body and, accordingly, the goods cannot be identified;
• The defect/damage to the goods/device is caused by mechanical impact and does not constitute an initial defect;
• The device was not used for personal use, but for commercial purposes;
• The damage/damage is caused by the removal of the seal or seal;
• The defect is caused by the manufacturer/seller violating the storage and use rules attached to the device;
• The damage is caused by a computer virus or incompatible file(s);
• The damage is caused by a malfunction of the electrical network at the place of operation of the device or the fault of the electricity supply company (voltage change is more or less than 220-230 volts);
• The defect is caused by the user violating the rules/conditions of use and storage;
• Damage caused by unqualified repair/installation work performed by the user;
• Damage caused by the use of a system or unlicensed programs by the user;
• Damage to equipment on which installation or warranty work was performed in violation of the seller's instructions by an unauthorized service center specialist, which caused damage to the item;
• The number of pixels specified by the manufacturer on the equipment is extinguished.
Commercial Warranty
If the warranty period established by the manufacturer is more than 2 years, after the expiration of 2 years, if a defect is discovered on the item, the legal warranty does not apply and constitutes a commercial warranty. The item will be repaired only in accordance with the conditions specified in this warranty card, no later than 30 (thirty) working days from the date of presentation of the item to the service center.
Please note that the above "Warranty service does not apply/is void in the following cases" clauses also apply to the commercial warranty.
In the case of a commercial warranty, if the item cannot be repaired or if the item cannot be repaired within the specified period, the item will be replaced with a new, identical product, and in the absence of such, by agreement with the consumer, it will be replaced with another model with identical specifications or the contract will be terminated and the consumer will be refunded.
Please note that only the defective item is replaced, not the complete set (accessories and consumables, packaging, box).
Note: Commercial warranty is valid in Georgia.
Warranty information: The item is repaired at the brand's service center.
To receive warranty service at the service center, the customer must present the warranty card, along with proof of payment and the manufacturer's warranty card (if applicable).
To receive service on oversized appliances (refrigerator, gas stove, washing machine, dishwasher, heater, air conditioner, built-in surface, oven [not microwave], hood, TV 43″ and above), the customer must:
